Which data we process

When you access this website, technical data (e.g., IP address, browser type, time of access) is automatically transmitted by your browser to our server. This data is required to deliver the website and is not used for tracking or profiling.

If you use the contact form or feedback form, we process the data you provide, the page URL, your IP address and technical browser information solely to handle your request, deliver the message and protect the service from abuse. Contact and feedback forms also use server-side rate limiting to reduce automated bulk submissions.

Purposes and legal bases

Technical access data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR because we have a legitimate interest in providing this website securely, reliably and without errors. Contact and feedback data is processed, depending on the content of the request, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual measures or contractual communication, or on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR to handle general inquiries and improve our offering. Google Ads conversion measurement is used with Consent Mode; advertising and analytics storage are enabled only after your consent.

Hosting and technical delivery

This website is delivered via Google Cloud Run. Google may process technical access data to deliver the website, secure operations and provide system logs. Where required, data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR are concluded with service providers.

Retention period

Technical server and application logs are stored only for as long as required for operation, security and troubleshooting. Contact and feedback requests are generally stored only until the request has been finally handled; statutory retention obligations remain unaffected.

Cookies & local storage

This website uses the Google Ads conversion tag with Consent Mode. The Google tag is loaded only after your marketing consent. By default, Google Ads as well as advertising and analytics storage remain disabled. For usability, language, display mode and your consent choice are stored locally in your browser using localStorage.

Recipients and disclosure

Personal data is disclosed only where necessary for technical delivery, handling your request, Google Ads conversion measurement after consent, or fulfilling legal obligations. Contact and feedback messages are sent using the configured email/SMTP service.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and object to certain processing of your personal data at any time. Please email us at office@devcaleo.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
